GenePhile G-Plex 
Human Autosomal STR Mapping Set
The GenePhile G-Plex PCR Amplification Kit is a short tandem repeat (STR) multiplex assay that amplifies 15 autosomal STR loci and an amelogenin locus in a single PCR reaction. The G-Plex kit contains all the necessary reagents for the amplification of human DNA.

The loci included in the kit are: Amelogenin, D21S1437, D22S683, D8S1110, D10S2325, D12S1090, D17S1294, PentaD, D3S1744, D14S608, D20S470, Penta E, D4S2366, D18S536, D13S765 and D18S1270.

The GenePhile X-Plex PCR Amplification Kit is a short tandem repeat (STR) multiplex assay that amplifies 13 X-STR loci and an amelogenin locus in a single PCR reaction. The X-Plex kit contains all the necessary reagents for the amplification of human DNA.

The loci included in the kit are:DXS8378, DXS9898, DXS8377, HPRTB, GATA172D05, DXS7423, DXS6809, DXS7132, DXS101, DXS6789, Amelogenin, DXS9902, DXS6807 and DXS7424.

*Fluorescent label of the PCR primers: ABI capillary electrophoresis instruments require FAM-labelled primers. For other instruments, several other fluorescent labels are available, including Cy5.0 (Beckman), ROX, IRD800 (LICOR), NED, HEX and unlabelled primers. Please mention on each order which fluorescent label is required.
